Is there any convention to order the nodes for CFD mesh cell creation for ITASCA software group?

Hello to all,

I have a question about mesh ordering for ITASCA software in CFD problems. How nodes must be ordered to create a cell if there is a radial flow for a cylinder with a hole inside, where the z-axis is along the cylinder axis?
