Hi, IBM SPSS is a software package developed for social sciences where you have treatment and error sum of squares as within and between variance. it cannot be used to analyse complete randomized designs or randomized complete block designs or other genetic diversity analysis by beginners unless properly guided. I will suggest you download any other scientific statistical software like Genetic analysis in excel (GENALEX), Genstat, DARwin 5.0, popgene, power marker, SAS, together with their manuals for proper guidance. All these softwares are freely available in internet. all the best.
