Is there any comercial system with incomplete hypercube architecture?

I have seen many papers in incomplete hypercube architecture but I want to know that whether there is any comercial system like NCUBE/ten with incomplete hypercube architecture

In my mind, the incomplete h-cube architecture works meant to exploit the cube as component may fail and the structure loses its perfect cube nature (so one design algorithms overcoming the structure failures during repair time; one does not want local failure to make the entire architecture down!!)
