For the purpose of Sequential Mann-Kendall test you can use R or XLSTAT. Follow the following steps to calculate in R.

Step 1: Download R-software, It's an open source S/W.

Step 2: write the command. install.packages('pheno')

choose a mirror of 'INDIA' from the given list.

Step 3: Write the command, library(pheno)

Step4: Write the command, seqMK(c(your_data_values_separated_by_comma))

It is very easy than it looks.

A cheap alternative is to utilise an excel add in call XLSTAT

Fortran codes are also available on the USGS web, from where you can download and readily use.

Are you sure? I think in XLstat exist just simple MK. I didn't see Sequential Mann-Kendall Test in XLstat!
