I would like to look at the teacher attitude change after they take an Online Professional Development designed specifically for the curriculum used at the school (K-12)?
I believe that you refer to the previous literature and start collecting items related to teacher's attitudes toward curriculum< it is the best than to rely on already ready made measurement.
Well, I think you need to refer to the sample of questionnaires that related to the teacher's attitude to any subject. What you need to do is to adjust the original one to your research objective. However, you need also to get permission from the owner of the instrument you simplify.
You may want to look at the CLASSROOM ASSESSMENT SCORING SYSTEM™
The Classroom Assessment Scoring System™ (CLASS™) is an observational instrument that assesses classroom quality in PK-12 classrooms. It describes multiple dimensions of teaching that are linked to student achievement and development. The CLASS™ can be used to reliably assess classroom quality for research and program evaluation and also provides a tool to help new and experienced teachers become more effective.

Search and find specific examples or use suggested articles by other colleagues. But you need to develop a survey questionaire specific to your curriculum and syllabi. There could be specific context factors for your own curriculum and syllabi.
I think you might find it useful to use Concerns-Based Adoption Model (CBAM) that was developed by a by a team of researchers at the Research and Development Center for Teacher Education at the University of Texas at Austin. Here is the link: http://www.sedl.org/cbam/
