Is there any application of column flotation for processing fine Kaolin?

Normally Kaolin particles are finer than 10 microns which its processing using flotation can be difficult in some case. Is there any application of column flotation (reverse flotation) for processing of fine Kaolin in order to remove impurities?Is there any research or paper available in this respect and if the reply is true what about comparing of conventional flotation and column flotation?
