There is huge number of Android users, but still no app for Android users. Such a big service provider must have an app in the Play Store. RG developers must pay special attention to this.
ResearchGate must invest in an application for the Android operating system. Downloading papers and accessing them on OneDrive while out is working for me, but it would be much better if I was able to easily access and find new papers on the go when I can't bring my laptop with me. It would be much more productive than texting. Please, design a new app!
No dear still we all are struggling for the Researchgate apps... It should be implemented ... Let we all combine to form a group and therefore we all shall unite to send a group mail th researchgate source or else it won't work.. we need all supports🙏
NO, unfortunatly No, there should be a smart enough app which could have amazing features. I dn know ?? Why they did nt provide it ?? It should be there on play store
To the best of my knowledge, RG is a European commercial social networking site for academics to share papers, research-related Q & A, and build up academic collaborations. And RG has been the largest academic social network for active users worldwide (about 17 million users until May 2020).
In my view, it is not difficult to launch an APP for RG users. However, pure academic work is better on the desk rather than on the phone. RG is one of many approaches to enhance academic stickiness, but we cannot be stuck with RG.
Fenni Seif Eddine Hi Fenni, it is definitely correct. For quick access to the notification, I added a shortcut on the home page of Google Chrome (it is similar for other search engines) with saved logging-in. It resembles an APP with user-friendly interaction when we leave the desk.
