In ecofriendly agriculture various beneficial microorganisms are used for either protection or nutrition e.g Trichoderma spp., metarhizium anisopliae,beauveria bassiana, ,psudomonas, BT,NPV etc for protection and Azatobactor, rhuzobium, PSB,KSB, VAM etc for nutrition. How many of them are compatible to be used in consortium and how many of them must be used separately. This information has very much relevance in relation to their multiplication ( before application on ground mostly in drums with compost or carbohydrates) and application at farmers fields. Please share information if there is a table compatible and non compatible microorganisms.

I will share one article abstract for you
In order to evaluate the effect of Azospirillum Brasilense on seed of barley, Rye (Secale cereale) and Cowherb (Vaccaria pyramidata) root and shoot dry weight, germination rate and percentage an experiment was conducted at University of Kurdistan. A factorial experiment was carried out in a completely randomized design with six replications. The results showed that, all three plant seed inoculation with bacteria compared to control was increased in all measured traits. Mean comparison imply was that weed seeds, Rye and Cowherb have been affected More than barley seed by bacteria and in all measured traits have increased substantially compared to the control. Our findings suggest that seed inoculation with bacteria, regardless of the positive effects of bacteria on crops, causing a rapid weed germination which can be a useful tool in weed management.
