Hi,
I am performing experiments with the mobile genetic elements (MGEs) in Staphylococcus aureus and I am looking for a programme that could identify the transcription terminator with a high confident please.
Cheers

Thanks Mozammel. I have tried it and the programme did recognise some predicted transcription terminators. I will try to evaluate them experimentally.
