We are using the NSG mice to study 3-D human skin substitutes grafted onto immune comprised hosts. To monitor the skin graft operation process, we grafted B6 mouse skins onto the NSG mice as positive controls. Unexpectedly, we noticed in 2 weeks after transplant that many white hairs grew in the wound area where the B6 mouse skin was grafted. We think it would be helpful to stain the skin samples using antibodies that can separate B6 mouse skin cells from NSG mouse skin cells to confirm that the B6 skin graft was successful. Are there any antibodies that you would recommend to use? Thank you very much for your help.
