Is there an open source software to create 3D animation for industrial case studies?

by industrial Case studies i mean a full library with animation of different parts of mechanical equipments such as Motors, Conveyors, Pipes, Compressors...etc

I am actualy working on Unity 3D but cannot find such liraries
