Hi everyone. I thought there might be many instruments out there to evaluate teacher readiness/preparedness to teach online, but I can't find anything! Am I missing something obvious?! If anyone has any insights I'd be grateful. Best wishes, Matt

I have come across your research question and my first reflection was What a coisidence! I have been looking for the same answer for about a month. The matter is that Russian is my native language and I am from Ukraine. In Russian academic environment "teacher readiness" has been a buzz word for decades. I have at least 35 articles adressing the issue, but most of them don't have an abstract in English, although they support grounded research. I have even a report from a recognised Higher School of Economics on the issue.
I would be happy to help you if you still need such information. It may trigger some new ideas as well.
