As said in the book "Work and Health in India" (Hyde Martin, Singh Chungkham Holendro and Ladusingh Laishram - Policy Press, 280 pag., 2017) the demand-control-support model is usually measured with the extensive ICQ or the shorter, originally version of this type of questionnarie.
