I am conducting research on the Salicornia plant, intending to evaluate and characterize it based on its root system. I have employed conventional methods such as measuring root length and capturing 2D images. However, I find these methods insufficient for thorough root evaluation in Salicornia. Therefore, I am seeking techniques like root scanning and recognition to accurately determine the number of roots in each part of the plant's root system. If anyone has knowledge or resources in this area, your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards
