Is there a way to limit MTurk participants to a particular state in the US?

I did some search but had no success. I even found the code that I believe should help (see below). But I simply don't know where I should apply the code below in order to limit to responses from residents in Florida. Would really appreciate if you can share the answer. Thanks!
