Is there a way to compare the Dicom images, to find the difference in them. I am not talking about the tag comparison here. Its the pixel to pixel comparison, in the two dicom files. Basically the pixel content difference which cannot be visually compared, should be captured through the comparison software/ code.

indeed you can, you can load 2 dicoms in matlab and do processes you want on them:
I1=dicomread('image1.dcm');
I2=dicomread('image2.dcm');
and so on.
With Matlab (as suggested by Mohammad Reza Fouladi), you could then display the difference image:
imshow(I2 - I1);
or calculate the RMSE difference or SSIM index:
rmse = 100 * norm(I2(:) - I1(:) ) / norm(I1(:))
ssimval = ssim(I2, I1)
Some DICOM readers offer a difference function (put often as a premium - $$, add-on).
