My paper had been accepted for publication in Journal X recently. The editor would like a statement of mine in acknowledge section to state that an abstract of the topic was published previously in Y conference. May I know how should I put those in words?

Although each journal may have a different approach to handling this, I believe the general approach would be the same. Since the Editor has given their okay, I'd recommend using wording such as:
"Portions of this manuscript were presented at the International Conference for Y, Philadelphia, PA, July 4th, 1776."
That should provide the Editor, as well as the reader, with enough information to find the abstract. If it is a citable proceeding or abstract (e.g. was put into a journal supplement), consider including the citation as well.
As you have done, it's always best to disclose this either in a portion of the manuscript, the cover letter, or correspondence with the Editor so that they can help you find the best way to ensure those reviewing the science and those reading it are aware!

Kelvin - it is simply a sentence to state just that i.e this article acknowledges ....(conference details) for publishing this abstract in their conference proceedings. Don't say 'portions'. That could mean anything - almost up to the whole article.
That's fair enough to note the broad nature of 'portions.' However, I would note that the determination of similarity and how much the presentation spans the manuscript's content is made by the Editor according to a copy of the original proceeding or abstract provided by the author during the application process (in accordance with ICMJE or other guidelines) and not solely on an included statement in the manuscript.
