To install MSTAT-C on a Windows 7 (64-bit) system, follow these steps:

Download the Installer: Locate and download the MSTAT-C installation file from a reliable source or the official website if available.Run the Installer: Double-click on the downloaded file to start the installation process. If a security warning appears, click "Run" to continue.Compatibility Mode: Right-click the installer, select "Properties," go to the "Compatibility" tab, and set it to run in compatibility mode for an earlier version of Windows, like Windows XP.

Follow Instructions: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. This typically involves agreeing to terms, choosing an installation location, and clicking "Install."

Launch the Program: After installation, find MSTAT-C in the Start menu or on your desktop and double-click to open it.
