Dear Mr. Kennedy, many thanks for answering my question. Google translation always needs polishing. The true meaning of the sentence translation grammatically in Turkish Language is that: " İngilizce dilinden başka bir dile (örneğin, Türkçe'ye) gerçek bir çeviri yöntemi var mı?"
Google translates your Turkish post as "A language other than English language (for example, in Turkish) Do you have a true translation method?" This is as understandable as your original question in English, but is also still not expressed as well as it could be!
I think your question is really: "Is there any translator that produces a translation having good grammar (for example, in translating from English to Turkish)?"
You could try WordFast, which is a free online based translation software, the more you use it, the more it builds up a translation memory. Also it gives you WordLingo and Microsoft as the built in translators (prompts) and the Microsoft one has been quite good at recognising grammar and structure but I'm guessing it depends on what language you're using.
