These are weird times in education.
Since the appearance of parent's, student and citizen's "voices", teaching has has been harshly attacked, prejudisized, its work misconceived and wildly imahinatively projected.
Even inside education, some teachers have been pursuing this trend accusing fellow teachers of being less than, although qualifying teachers work is not as simple as counting spoken delivery times i. E preparation before class is not in proportion to delivery effort etc
The teachers are facing a lot of challenges in terms of workload. Designing an appropriately crafted course or curriculum taking into consideration technology and student engagement seems not to diminish work but rather enhanced the experiences of students as together they achieve the desired outcome for the course. Contact hours may be diminished but preparation strategies to empower learners and make encounters more meaningful may take a lot of planning also.
No there is not,in fact teachers are being burdened or being over burdened by "unnecessary paper works diminishing their personal interaction with pupils or students that I think is more important than being not only as a facilitator of learning but also a source o a more " Humane" way of teahing
The work of teachers is highly complex and involves a wide range of tasks. As a result, teachers often multitask during the workday, a situation that sometimes prevents them from focusing on such higher-order activities as planning,engaging in professional development, and reflecting on their practice. E learning has become the most popular trend in modern day education. This is the modern day's distance learning where students are left with many options to learn variety of lessons, get information and select courses to learn according to their own pace.

Indeed teachers are being overwhelmingly over-tasked at teaching, learning, disciplining, guiding, protecting, providing, reading, writing, role-modeling, home-working, exercising, feeding, bathing, thinking, directing, name-it, for all category of students (school attendees) because parents are now too busy for 'child-caring' and yet turn around to blame the very teachers that have been compelled to take over and do their jobs at the home front...
And with the growing trend in e-learning in Education everything is left vitually between the teacher and the student!
Actually yes, work can be lighten most especially for teachers if there would be regulation of number of students per class. However in public schools with the 'No rejection policy' teachers are obliged to accept students no matter the class size. If only the school should limit the number of students in a class, teachers' work will be easier for less students to be monitored and have spare time to make reports which given a very short time of preparation.
Moreover, technology has the potential to enhance and support the work of teachers, providing them with tools and resources to improve instruction and streamline administrative tasks. However, it is worth noting that technology cannot fully replace the expertise and human interaction provided by teachers. Teachers play a vital role in fostering critical thinking, creativity, social-emotional development, and other essential skills in students. They bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and pedagogical understanding that cannot be replicated by technology alone.
