Supposing that there is a hybrid system which has been modelled mathematically as HDAEs. The simulation results indicate that the states are continuous, and so the discontinuities locate at RHS, for the fulfilled simulation scenarios.
I am wondering if this is enough to say that it is of type Filippov or do I need a systematic analysis for such a claim?

Vincent Acary, Thank you for your answer. According to our answer, can I say that non-Filippov systems are a subset of HDAEs with index higher than one? If one can prove that a system is of hybrid index-1 then can he say that it should have a Filippov solution?
