Are you looking for a communication tool between the RN and the unregulated healthcare worker for task completion or a tool to determine delegation process between the RN and the worker?
Thanks for looking at my question. I am more focused on the delegation process rather than the communication that occurs between the two groups. However I would like to see a communication tool if you have one to share.
