We have tried to extract the DNA from soil samples (0.25g and dried) by using Powersoil DNA kit but the amount is to low for further analysis. Kindly help us in this regard.

There is version of PowerSoil for samples with low microbial load, where you can extract the DNA from up to 10 g of soil. I attach a link.
