I want to investigate the behavioural effects of selective inhibition of T-type calcium channels compared to L-type inhibition. I know that there are some anti-epileptic drugs that have been cited for use in T-type channel inhibition but I wondered if anyone had any recommendations?

Are the inhibitors that you mentioned specific to Cav3.1 and 3.2 or do they act on all 3 t-type channels?
Just be aware that mibifradil is really dirty (not specific).
I have been using ML218 which will act on all 3 T-type Ch invivo, and can confirm its potent and has limited HVA effects.
