It is known that plastics are one of the widely used materials in our lives, accordingly, very high wastes are produced. To reduce the environmental impact, these wastes were incorporated previously in different industries as slices, large segments, or powders. So, I want to ask is there any practical and cheap procedure by which can convert the solid plastic wastes to a powder (particle size < 150 microns).

I could not understand why it is to be made powder of a specific size.Recycling is need of the hour but how to do it with minimal energy and resources.

I want to use it as a cement replacement (and so reducing the CO2 emission) in the micro size. The cost and the energy differences between the cement reducing and the plastic powder producing can be calculated later.
