I want to grow algae in *Water* and then want to use that algae for different purposes and also use that leftover water for agricultural purposes. Will there be any harms for the fields by taking such water?

this depends on the species of algae you are going to grow and the species of plants you are going to growing on
some of these algae species are useful and could be safely used as bio-fertilizers to enrich the soil

Algae water can be effectively use without causing any harm as foliar spray in varied concentrations. It's rich is macro, micro-nutrients and acts as organic bio-stimulant. It might improve the water and nutrient use efficiency of crops.
