The electron-phonon coupling is very common in condensed matter physics. But I am not sure if the same phenomenon is allowed between lone pair of electrons and phonon?.
In the context of superconductivity it an interesting question indeed. We know for normal superconductors that electrons experience attractive force via phonon exchange. But in case of lone electrons, unconventional superconductivity can be a good candidate. But electron phonon coupling is not fully understand in the light of BCS theory.
