We try to make different multi nutrient block for dairy cows. We are using urea,molasses,cement,bran and limestone . we are following the guideline of FAO. But the drying process is slow due to the high humidity of our place.

Cut into smaller pieces. Use a dehumidifier to blow air at the blocks. If no dehumidifier, then use salt like sodium chloride. It should be kept in open containers in the same closed room. Air circulated inside. Increased temperature via the introduction of thermal heater in brief occasions to save electricity. Do not stay inside this room when operational.
when done, bake the crystals in a pan to evaporate water and become dry for next cycle.
