By the way, if you want to check whether your protein appeared in any high-throughput phosphorylation screens, you can try http://www.phosphosite.org/. This database gives a list of all PTMs identified for your protein and provides links to the publications where the screens were done.

Just to state the obvious, these bioinformatic approaches are great, but you really need to empirically verify any putative phosphorylation sites you identify using these approaches.
