That's a tough question. There is an old and famous protocol in which you isolate proteins from outer membrane using Triton X114 but I don't know if you could you it to extract RNA. I've done it and it can be a bit laborious. There are kit for membrane protein extraction (Thermo Fisher Mem-PERTM Plus Membrane Protein Extraction Kit) and also lipids (Cellbiolabs Lipid Extraction Kit). You should contact your local distributor and check the compatibility with RNA extraction protocols like Trizol since most of these kits are not RNAse free.
