Up to my knowledge there isn't any, unless of course undergoing research. However, an optimal design would be getting a low conductivity property material and insulate it from the direction you would like to avoid heat transfer within.

So-called "thermal rectification" is observed in two different materials with great mass density contrast.

The rectification ratio may not be as great as electrical diode, but it works anyways.

Also, this effect was predicted in graphene nanoribbons recently (Hu et al. Nano Letters 9 2730 (2009)).

You are looking to find what is call a thermal rectifier. This required to have nonlinear thermal properties (conductivity which depends on the temperature for instance).

A study was published last year form an MIT team about a new processing method that causes polyethylene to conduct heat very efficiently in just one direction, unlike metals. Hello, from my point of view the easiest would be to used a heat pipe but it may work only depending on the distance and orientation between the hot point and cold point. The heat pipe as a very high equivalent conductivity if cold point it above the hot point since the liquid can return to the evaporator both by capillarity forces and due to gravity. If the hot point is above the cold point and if the distance is long, then the capillary forces may not be large enough to overcome the gravity forces and then the heat pipe will not work, as a consequence the equivalent thermal conductivty will be poor. Thus it may be seen as a thermal diode ...

Theoretically, it is possible to make an artificial material with anisotropic thermal conductivity in opposite directions. Such a material can be used as a thermal rectifier.
