Is there a marker to assess secretion via the recycling endosome in mouse NK cells?

We are studying NK cell functionality and observe a hyporesponsiveness of NK cells in a distinct setting. These NK cells have lower levels of IFN-g measured by ICS. We also observe that degranulation is reduced in terms of CD107a staining. Is there a marker to assess secretion via the recycling endosome, by which IFN-g is presumably secreted in NK cells?
