Is there a manual available for studying the simulation of HFC solubility in seawater using the OCMIP-2 protocol?

Currently, I am working on the air-ocean interaction of HFC solubility using the OCMIP-2 Protocol. It would be beneficial for me if there were any manual to understand the procedure.
