We need to know how much fruit there is on each tree, what is its sugar level and when will be the best time to harvest it, so the logistics for the rest of the production chain can be ready to receive and process the fruit.

Yes, I believe so too, but before writing a project to work on such a machine, I need to know if it is already being developed. I understand that there is a german company that makes this type of machinery, but still can't find it. Thank you for your answer.
