As far as I know there is not, but the way the UN is implemented the global warming agenda and the sustainable development agenda it seems that they have in mind a green trickledown effect that will achieve 17 different goals at the same time as the dirty economy is kept at minimum pollution levels in the long-term or forever, not just a trickledown effect to eliminate poverty now, but all 17 goals.... Let's focus on one goal, poverty....Can a green trickledown work to eliminate poverty or to close the poverty gap knowing that the traditional market's  trickledown did not work?.  What do you think?
