I am looking for a glassy material that hardens between 500-650 C degrees and is transparent in color. I will make a coating on metal sheet with this material. This material will also provide shine and protection on the metal. Does anyone have a material recommendation?

as far as I understand your question, you are looking for a colorless enamel for aluminum. Quite a lot of such enamels have been developed. Books and articles on aluminum enameling date back to the 50-60s of the last century. Unfortunately, the main disadvantages of glass enamels for aluminum have not been overcome. These disadvantages are: low corrosion resistance and low strength. Nowadays, the topic of aluminum enameling has lost its relevance, as many more resistant materials and coatings have appeared.
