Is there a facility in the US that does high-throughput total leaf nitrogen (and nitrate) concentration analyses?

I need to analyse total leaf nitrogen (and nitrate) concentration for thousands of samples. Does anyone know of a place that provides this service in the US? Also, what would be the minimum amount of leaf tissue required?

you can used Kjeldahl method for total N

and after freeze you can analysis NO3 in also Kjeldahl method
