I'm looking for a drug reference guide that not only provides information from the pharmaceutical companies but also information on off-label use of various drugs. Off-label use are very common, especially in paediatrics since it is difficult getting ethical permits for studies on efficacy and side-effects for that population.
Is there such a guide or will I have to look up off-label usage for each drug as I go? Basically I want something that can end arguments, like "Yes, sure you can use drug XX for treatment of YY, it's right here in The Big Reference on Off-label Use".
I use Clinical Pharmacology online for off-label uses of prescription drugs, but a subscription is required. I have only used it to look up one drug at a time. I don't know if a specific guide for off-label uses is available.
