For instance, on the day of the initial DO reading, the probe's calibration value was 8.13 mg/L. On the day of the final DO reading, the probe's calibration value was 7.89 mg/L. This is a difference of 0.24 mg/L. Should there be a correction made on the final DO values to account for that large difference?

We do use a seed correction calculation to adjust the initial DO readings. If using the seeded blanks with the DO readings as is, there would be an adjustment of 0.69 mg/L. If correcting for the difference in the probe calibrations, the adjustment would be 0.45 mg/L.
