I'm designing a bunch of QRTPCR primers for genes of interest and was wondering if there was a database of published QRTPCR primers? I've browsed ZFin and haven't had much luck finding a easy method to find previously used primers.

Hi Thomas,
I went to http://www.thermofisher.com and searched TaqMan assays for Danio rerio Wnt1 gene. List of assays they sell does not include exact primers but shows their location in the gene and Amplicon length. I think you can set annealing temp. and sequence region and use any free primer design program.
This may help only for genes they sell assays for, of course. Let me know if you need more details.

I hear BioRad also has a commercial set of qPCR primers for zebrafish, but haven't tried that myself.
