How can the factors be manipulated to assess the relation between the two cases?
If we do an experiment using accelerated current corrosion under a period of time, how would it help to assess the amount of corrosion under normal condition for the given period of time?
What kind of corrosion is it? (interganular? pitting? ...)
How do you accelarate corrosin ? (temp. increase? )
When these are known it might proof easier to answer.

This is the corrosion due to chloride admittance from permeability issues of the concrete. Acceleration of corrosion is done by impressed current method which helps to accelerate the rate of corrosion.
corrosion is a slow phenomenon. that is why acceleration of corrosion is practiced. Accelrated conditions are different, and by dedign need be correlated with normal process/ rates.
Torr Steel is the popular reinforcement (tensile/bending strengthener) in reinforced concrete structures. Steel is rapidly corroded in wet and salty conditions, which are in plenty in similar environments. Hence their corrosion (and of RC) is important.
Extensive research is done on accelerated current corrosion in reinforced concrete structures. You would do well to study many papers of Prof Bhattacharjee

Your terminology is unclear, but I guess that by 'accelerated current corrosion' you mean corrosion accelerated by an applied anodic current. If this is the basis of your question, I would suggest that there is almost no relation between free corrosion (i.e. without any impressed current) and 'forced' corrosion where an applied current is used. There are a number of reasons for this:
If you just want to damage rebar for mechanical testing, then forced corrosion may be useful, but it is not a good way to study the corrosion process.
