Macushield is a supplemental pill that purports to support eye health. It appears there have been some studies to measure whether this supplement is actually effective, which have used various standard contrast sensitivity charts. I am not aware of a special test chart known as "Macushield" nor am I aware of whether this supplement is beneficial. There is a flicker photometry device called "Maculux" that has been used to measure macular pigment density.
I found an image of a screening card with a Macushield logo on it. It appears to be a glare test, alongside several other cards of unknown types. Unfortunately, the article that originally contained this image requires a subscription in order to view it. The image is online at: https://goo.gl/images/Ac81Sb
Thank you. There is a glare chart and a contrast sensitivity chart all by macushield. There seem to be scanty information about them. It is my reason for asking for details from those who might be acquainted with it.
