I'd like to find a laser pointer outside the visible light spectrum. I wanted to try to marry it up with a thermal camera on my cell phone, any suggestions would be appreciated.
The worst "green" laser pointers also emit 1064 nm. By worst, I mean not really FDA compliant. If you bought the cheapest while most powerful green laser pointer, I bet it will also emit 1064 nm.
now that's way better than the $180 IR pointers I saw on-line... I guess a follow-on question would be where I buy a cheap visible light filter than will pass the non-visible band?
