Is the use of artificial intelligence in agriculture ethical, or does it contribute to the further automation and potential loss of jobs in the industry?
It is well-established that countries that do their best to be productive have the happiest populations, so, yes, it is ethical. The question has came up repeatedly for new technologies. What suffering does come of it can be traced to poor personal decisions and poor government.
Use of AI in agriculture does not necessarily mean replacing the jobs of farmers. Rather, AI is being used to analyzed data that will enhance farming techniques and increase efficiency.
Many countries develop machine with AI support in agriculture areas... But to think about the ethical engineeeing, we could provide better future with thinking about supporting human needs, not replacing human job field.. For example creating monitoring system but still operated by human, it just helping their job.. Make it easier to them for their daily works.. So just efficiency matter.. Reduce jobload, increase performance and productivity...
