Time is always rotating this is evident from from day night and year period
Similarly a big time event is there around unknown Axis which can be explained by intuition that means something happened previously is getting in memory of human mind
And secondly stories of destruction and coming of good periods in every religion
How do you define rotation of "everything"? Rotation needs a reference to be meaningful, but I don't think you can have a reference outside the universe. Can you?
Mach's principle assumes inertia originates in a kind of interaction between bodies. That is not what I meant, but actually what you mean. If the universe is moving, everything in it will move as well.
Moving, yes but not rotating. If it were spinning on an axis, a gyroscope would not be expected to spin with it. Mach's Principle suggests the reference for rotation is distant matter so it would then follow the rotation of the universe.
