Is the main medium recipe between aerobic and anaerobic (e.g cellulose degrading bacteria) similar?

Is it different only from the way we prepare the medium (absent or present of oxygen)? In the case of an anaerobic medium with additional of (e.g resazurin, reducing agent ect).
