Hi everyone i have performed near field scattering measurement from my newly designed system the particle is composite particle the strange thing we have gotten is that in the inside of the particle intensity is low as compared to the ends and from end to 1 microns(i mean in the vacinity of particle or in surroundings of particle)... i am talking about the S0 because S0 is the total intensity so it should be more in the center but it is not ,i don't understand this i repeated my experiment 20 times but still got same but in case of conventional optical intensity(from conventional optical  microscope) it is right, in the center it is maxim and to corners it is decay...can anyone explain this fact
