Type of Glass: Common soda-lime glass can withstand temperatures up to around 450-500 degrees Celsius, while specialized glasses like borosilicate glass can tolerate even higher temperatures. If you're using a typical glass substrate, it should be stable at 150 degrees Celsius.

Thermal Shock: If the glass is subjected to rapid temperature changes, it might undergo thermal shock and crack. Gradually increasing the temperature could help in avoiding this issue.

Chemical Stability: Depending on the chemicals used in the hydrothermal process, the glass substrate might react or corrode. Glass is generally resistant to many chemicals but can be attacked by strong alkalis or hydrofluoric acid.
