I am looking for any source of the Bacteriomatch bacterial two-hybrid kit (Joung et al. (2000) PNAS 97:7382-7). Stratagene (Agilent) used to sell this, but have discontinued the kit. I contacted Agilent, who did not have any ideas about potential suppliers. The group who published the original paper has disbanded.
Does anyone know where I could purchase this kit, or be willing to send me a small sample of the cells and plasmids?

A bacterial two-hybrid system based on a reconstituted signal transduction pathway. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 95: 5752-5756.) is available commercially from Euromedex

Thank you for the advice (and reference). This does look like a good alternative.
It's a nice system. I noticed that it's a bit pricey from Euromedex but there are plenty of labs using it so you can probably get the two E. coli strains and the 6 plasmids from another source. Offhand I know the Filloux group at Imperial use it a lot.
I have been looking for this product from the Euromedex but still cannot find it. Could you please provide me a website link for ordering or manual of this kit? Thank you so much!
