Can subtilisin be stored in solution?

I am looking to run a subtilisin based assay, and want to prepare a solution in bulk to help give day-to-day consistency. Is there a storage condition that will allow subtilisin to be stored in this manner, or does it need fresh preparation from solid each day?

You can make a stock solution and store aliquotes at -80oC. They will keep for a long time. If you can, make single use aliquotes so you dont have to freeze-thaw.
